Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid internal label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure the shipment is fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Upon arrival, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition before we process your full refund to the original payment method.
